From a humble beginning at the age of 16 in the Indian textile industry to becoming a multi-sector global entrepreneur, Mr. Vishal Tayal exemplifies vision, resilience, and bold leadership. With a Master's degree in Business Management and a career that spans continents and industries, he brings unmatched insight and strategic depth to his role as President of the Serbian Indian Chamber of Commerce, Trade, Economy and Industry. At just 18, Mr. Tayal launched his first international trade venture, importing pure silk fabrics from China to India. This early success laid the foundation for his entrepreneurial journey. Soon after, he established his own silk manufacturing and digital printing factory, importing high-grade silk yarn from Japan and advanced textile machinery from Italy. Under his leadership, the business became a recognized supplier for globally renowned fashion brands like ZARA and H&M, earning him a strong reputation in the global textile market. Driven by ambition and a desire to explore new frontiers, Mr. Tayal later moved to Serbia, where he diversified into the food and hospitality industry. He founded and managed two successful Indian restaurants in Belgrade, further bridging cultural ties between the two nations. Simultaneously, he initiated a thriving food commodities import business, facilitating trade between India and Serbia. Expanding further, Mr. Tayal now spearheads a large-scale human resource enterprise across Eastern Europe, providing top-tier manpower solutions. His company is known for recruiting and managing highly skilled and efficient workforces from India, Bangladesh, Nepal, and Sri Lanka, and has earned wide recognition for excellence in workforce mobilization and cross-border HR management. As the President of the Chamber, Mr. Tayal is passionate about enhancing bilateral trade, fostering business-friendly ecosystems, and promoting deeper economic and cultural collaboration between India and Serbia. His vision is to make the Chamber a powerful platform that unites opportunities, people, and enterprises across borders.

With over 8 years of dynamic experience in the pharmaceutical and medical sciences sector, Ms. Jovana Vulin brings a rare blend of scientific expertise, strategic leadership, and global business insight to her role as Vice President of the Serbian Indian Chamber of Commerce, Trade, Economy and Industry. Holding dual master's degrees—one in Pharmacy and another in Medical Biochemistry and Cosmetology—Ms. Vulin has established herself as a respected mentor and trainer within the pharmaceutical industry. She has played a key role in the professional development of numerous pharmacy specialists, equipping them with the knowledge and skills to thrive in competitive corporate environments. Her career spans significant contributions in pharmacovigilance, ensuring drug safety and regulatory compliance, and in budget management for large-scale pharmaceutical operations. Ms. Vulin has demonstrated exceptional capability in managing complex financial frameworks, negotiating resource allocation, and ensuring cost efficiency—all while maintaining high standards of quality and performance. In addition to her technical acumen, she has successfully led cross-functional teams and collaborated with external vendors across the globe, navigating diverse cultural and regulatory landscapes with professionalism and precision.
